Typical uses include battery pack manufacturing, general fine spot production runs, research, and welding small copper parts. Weld repetition rates of up to 166 welds per minute are possible.

Single Pulse Laboratory Resistance Welders Sunstone Single Pulse Laboratory Resistance Welders are engineered to provide a wide range of welding flexibility. These spot welders can be adjusted to provide as little as a few millijoules for welding microscopic wires and parts, and up to 100 or 200 Joules as required.
