Advanced Hand-Held Weld Checker - MM-380A

  • Measures current, voltage, time and force
  • Weld thru sensor
  • Easy screen menu navigation
  • Intuitive waveform and data analysis
  • External printer and RS232 output

The hand-held MM-380 resistance weld checkers have been designed to provide fast, precise and comprehensive measurements of the resistance welding process. The checkers utilize a weld sensor to measure current, voltage and force simultaneously between the electrodes. The large 5” color display provides precise graphical displays of waveform time and amplitude, as well as numeric peak and average values. Menu navigation, measurement setup and waveform analysis is straightforward using a rotary encoder. Waveforms and data are output through an optional in printer or via COM port for screen capture and data collection.
